Wolves Twinsbet Vilnius center Marek Blazevic will be sidelined for three to five weeks after suffering an injury in the game against CBet Jonava.

In the first quarter, while attempting to break through the opponent’s defense, the center slipped and twisted his knee awkwardly. Although he tried to return to the court in the second quarter, he was unable to continue and soon requested a substitution.

After undergoing a medical examination, the player was diagnosed with medial knee ligament damage.

Recently showcasing excellent form, Blazevic has been averaging 8.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, and a 10.5 efficiency rating per game in the domestic championship.

He posted similar numbers in the BKT EuroCup, averaging 9.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, and an 11.4 efficiency rating.
