Lithuanian deaf children and Wolves Twinsbet continue esports education initiatives

On Wednesday afternoon, the second meeting between Wolves Twinsbet and Lithuanian deaf children took place at the GGOne esports club in Vilnius. The event focused on deepening their knowledge of the NBA2K25 game, learning one of basketball's most important combination pick-and-roll and holding a mini NBA2K25 tournament.

At the start of the event, the children were introduced to the tournament structure and system. Then, in the practical session, they were taught how to activate the pick-and-roll in the game.

Afterward, the children were divided into pairs and began the two-loss bracket tournament.

According to the children's coach, Algirdas Pazdrazdis, the opportunity for the kids to compete against each other fosters sportsmanship and encourages them to have fun together.

"It’s great to see that the kids are enjoying the game. They’re interested in and understand basketball very well, so it's wonderful to watch them skillfully choose the teams they want to play for, use combinations beautifully, and apply the information they get in a targeted way," said Algirdas Pazdrazdis.

The meeting also featured Wolves Twinsbet ambassadors Darjus and Ksistof Lavrinovic, who actively participated in the activities and enjoyed watching the youth play.

This was the second of three planned live meetings with Lithuanian deaf children as part of the OneTeam program. The next meeting, where the children will continue competing in the tournament, is scheduled for the second half of February.

This season, Wolves Twinsbet is focusing heavily on esports. Last November, the Wolves Esports team was formed, representing the club in not only national Lithuanian competitions but also various European tournaments and leagues.
